Do you like physical activities and playing games with your friends? Do you want to stay fit and in shape? Than join our sports club! If you answered YES to all or any of these question… I promise you will have a great time with me in the sports club. 

Our focus will be on general fitness and fundamental sports skills, such as running, skipping, kicking, throwing, catching. This club is to teach coordination, balance, basic warm- up and stretching exercises. Our goal is to grow stronger, gain confidence and appreciate the fun and rewards of regular physical activity.Sports club is all about learning how to stay physically healthily as well as playing all sorts of fun sports. We will learn some basics of team sports, games and athletic ability. However, we will also learn a lot of fun exercise and games We will also take time in the sports club to learn what it means to play sports, such as how to be a respectful competitor and how to be fair player. This including both how to win and lose in a respectful way. We will run, jump, throw, and kick in all different types of fun games and sports. The children will also learn some very important health exercise to further their physical fitness.
